That is an awesome video - what a beautiful little baby boy! He is so precious! It was so neat to see him watching you guys filming him, seeing him yawn, looking around. So cool - thanks for sharing that with us and thanks for the updates! We're continuing to pray for Thomas and for his sweet parents! love, Jennifer DeFatta
Oh, wow. My heart really goes out to you. I am Scott Haij's wife (he worked with Rebecca). We had twins at 27 weeks 6 days gestation last September. They were 2 lbs 6 oz and 2 lbs 14 oz. We were told they'd be in the hospital until they were about 36-37 weeks gestation, but we were able to take them home at 35 weeks and 2 days. I think I asked the doctor every day for the last few weeks we were there when we'd get to go home. Anyway, if you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to ask. It's a long journey, but you'll all be SO much stronger once you get through it all. And you WILL get through it all, even if sometimes it seems like it will last forever. You're in our prayers, Gita Haij
Thomas is adorable! Thank you so much for sharing this blog with us. I love reading about you all and seeing photos/videos of Thomas. You are in my prayers each day.
I was born January 2, 2009 at 1:48 pm. Thomas was born at exactly 26 weeks, weighed 1 pound and measured 10 inches. Thomas is currently in the care of the doctors and nurses of the NICU at Baylor Hospital in Dallas, TX.
